Andrea Raffle

Andrea Raffle is the Pennsylvania Grassroots State Director. She has spent the past decade working in politics in various capacities on the Campaign, PAC, Committee and Legislative sides of politics.

Andrea spent a large part of her career working in the United States Senate for Former Senator Pat Toomey (R-PA) doing Constituent Services and eventually served as the Senator’s Grants Coordinator.

Prior to joining the Leadership Institute Andrea worked for the Republican National Committee as the Pennsylvania Election Integrity Director and is an expert on the Pennsylvania Election Code. In this role she traveled the Commonwealth educating and training thousands of voters on how to get involved in the electoral process as poll workers and poll watchers so they can be more confident in our election process.

Andrea grew up in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. She attended the Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. where she earned her B.A. in Politics with dual concentrations in American Politics and Political Theory.
